The corner bolt plate securely clamps to all ISO standard shipping containers that employ standard corner castings by fitting into one of the holes on the side of the corner casting. We aim to process and send out all orders the same day if placed before midday (NZT, if not they will be shipped the next NZ business day after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
High volume of orders or postal services issues may potentially cause delays that are out of our control but we will keep you updated if we are aware of these situations.
Lead times are subject to international shipping delays and can vary between 4 to 10 weeks typically.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to all countries worldwide except Iran (this country is currently not serviced by DHL).

Shipping to all countries outside of the NZ is under Delivered at place (DAP) incoterms. This means that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including GST), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. EDGE Defence Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer to pay these charges.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Within NZ, we accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way or is faulty in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@edge-defence.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
